Delete your account from the app
You can permanently delete your FaceUp account and all associated data directly from the app:
- Open the FaceUp app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request deletion by emailing help.faceup@gmail.com from the email address registered on your account. Include your username if you remember it. We will confirm your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Requesting deletion permanently removes:
- Your account credentials (username, email, password hash)
- Gameplay data (hand history, virtual currency balances, statistics, achievements)
- Social data (friend connections, invites)
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers on file
What may be retained
Purchase and transaction records may be retained by our payment processor (RevenueCat) and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store for as long as required by applicable accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention law, independently of your FaceUp account.
